Are you actually doing anything other than PPC essentially? Doesn't sound like blackhat to me so I'd just be honest with them. Don't tell them specific info but tell them you purchase PPC traffic and send to your blog where a banner resides.

Just be honest with them... you also want to look at the advertiser on CJ and make sure that you are not doing something that is against their TOS so you can continue long term with this process you are using.

thank you two guys :) and what is TOS meaning ?

TOS = Terms of Service. The rules in place by the advertiser as some have specific traffic they do not want and some do not want you using pay per click on certain keywords.

Don't try to lie to CJ, they will seriously investigate any issues, this is from experience lol.

Can i reply email like this ?

I purchase PPC traffic from adoori and sent the target traffic to my blog, "URL "where i put the advertiser's banner) on that page i write some artciles about advertiser's offer and update newest deal about the offer.

Let me retype that for you please.

I promote the offer on my site where I have banners with the link to the offer. My site is http://INSERTYOURSITEHERE.com and the traffic is targeted pay per click traffic from adoori.

I also have articles on the site where I talk about hte offer and the newest deals offered by the advertiser so the visitor has a full understanding of what the advertiser and what the advertiser offers.

If you need any further details please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

Looks like Adoori just do pop-under advertising, so probably best to avoid telling them that (I'm assuming they've seen loads of impressions and poor conversions).

I wouldn't even tell them where you're buying traffic from. Just replace BTB's answer above with "targeted pay per click traffic from various networks"

thank you very much for your help !!!! you are very nice I will do as you say

"targeted pay per click traffic from various networks" maybe better but i think CJ will ask me to tell the specific network

If they do then deal with that then but be vague as Thomas is suggesting until that time.

I got it ! when cj give me reply and i will post here ~ thank you all guys especially BassTrackerBoats :)

@OP: Have you had any luck with Adoori traffic? In my experience their traffic was complete garbage.
