Commission Junction Conflicting Reports

So for the past week or more I have not had one single lead. I got a bunch of clicks but no leads. Which is very out of the ordinary. I emailed CJ and got a reply telling me all the clicks are counting and affiliate links are ok and they can see no problem. Now today I sign into my account and my balance is the same as it has been for the past week, but later I sign in again, it shows a huge amount added to my balance, even though when I ran reports it still showed I didn't have any commissions for the past week. The extra money would make sense because that's about what I should have made by now. But when I sign in again, it's back to the original balance, the extra cash is gone. So what's going on?
