What is the most likely enforcement approach to a hypothetical situation where a person is commercially selling hand made copyrighted items on platforms such an ebay or amazon without any publicly identifiable information visible?
Assuming the way the copyright owners company (Huge corporation in this case) is made aware is by either a complaint or multiple complaints, would the likely out come be just having something copyright strike all the items on said platform? would it ever be legal action straight away? if so how would they know who the person is. The items wouldn't be to deceive, advertised as what they really are and are very low on cost to real ratio. Location europe
