Not sure what these people are talking about with the updates. May be they didn't update for a while and an older update that was released over a week ago finally registered? I don't know, this makes no sesne.

Me and SpK have been testing for the past few hours and we have finally figured out what has been causing the recent comment voting problem.

It has something to do with IP flagging, I'll explain in more detail as soon as we get more information.

UPDATE: Nervermind about the IPs, it had to do with the way YTA and other bots log into the accounts, youtube is able to detect this but spk and I found a way around it.
