I found good keyword and .COM , .ORG , .NET are taken, and .US is free.

Is it better to buy .US domain or .COM , .ORG , .NET domain with - between words ?

if you're audience is in the U.S., you'll be just fine with .us
If you're going global with it get the hyphenated .com :)

My audience is in the U.S.

to have a .us domain you must be an american or have a bussnies there. Otherwise you risk to lose the domain.

I always prefer to go with .com as most of the users prefer to remember that way. So I thiink its the best one for me

My advice would be to stay away from .us domains especially if you're not an American citizen. I think .us domains are harder to SEO too but that's just my impression and I can't prove it. There aren't many .us domains ranking for competitive keywords that's for sure.

.com .net and .org are still better even if you add some variation at the end like guide or now.
You will find it easier to rank.

Ok guys, I'm going to buy .COM domain.

According to me .com is most famous and widely used domains so I think .com is better from all

I have orgs that are blogs and do well and coms that do well but my .us just won't move much (5 years old) in the herbal market. I thinks it's mostly based on the competition for the keywords and if you can get them in your domain. If all of the com/net/org are gone for all of the keywords then it's likely you're facing some serious competition. So I would investigate the work done on the others and see if you even have a chance.

Also try adding the, my, your, blog or whatever to the domain and get the .com .net or .org

Plus .us are more money.

Always go for the .com. The other tld's are junk.
