Collecting emails on affiliate sites?

Anyone has experience with collecting emails / using a newsletter on affiliate blogs? Is it worth and what kind of content you mail to them?

if possible send emails related to the affiliate blog you own or collected from. Like MMO , Crypto , Amazon related
offers.

It's definitely worth it.

What I recommend is using it as more of a "personal" way of talking to your subscribers. Share tips that are "your own little secrets", and make your subscribers feel that you're their buddy.

You can also use it to notify them of recent posts on your website, so that it sort of works as a push notification to bring people onto your website.
