Cold emailing tips?

I've been using Instantly.ai to warm up my cold emails. I'm beginning my campaign tomorrow because the warm-up process is nearly finished.

I also have a few personalized videos I've edited for some creators that doubled as practice and content for my page. Those will be used for manually personalized emails.

I just wanted to know if I'm doing this properly. Here is the email I'm going to send to ~550 leads:

I've noticed the quality of your content, and I think there is a lot of potential to increase engagement and brand awareness in your niche.

If they respond, I'll send them my portfolio and what I can do for their business.

I want to know if I'm on the right track and doing this properly.

I'd like to know how to follow up properly if they don't respond, and how to proceed further with it.

Also, I'm starting to hear that cold emails are dead and it's better to focus on building a presence online. But yeah, much advice/tips are needed, thanks.

The main thing is getting a really large and valid email list you can get cracked tools such as Maxprog email verifier on GETINTOPC.com

Spam checking is also important you might be wondering why you dont have any replies to your email but they might not even be going to the inbox use something like https://mailmeteor.com/spam-checker it can just be a change of a few words that can cause your email to go to spam.

Getting a large mailing list is tricky but you can either steal one from a company that does the same thing as you but on a larger scale by working there for a while and getting the data then leaving or use an email scraping tool scrapebox or Atomic email hunter come to mind.

Then for the actual email sending you need an SMTP server amazon SES is perfect for this just get the account out of the sandbox and don't send to invalid addresses to keep your bounce rate low.

for the writing of the emails you'll use an HTML email software that links to the Amazon SES server you can find a cracked version of these everywhere softwarenetz mailer on GETINTOPC.com is decent.

also, you want to have multiple domains as the domains carry the sending reputation so you can change between domains now and again. You'll need to use an email warming service as well this gets the email in a proper state to start bulk messaging.

once thats all setup you should be able to get some nice replys also worth to note if you have multiple sending domains make them all forward to your real company domain then when you respond youll be responding from you usual company email not from each domain mailbox individually.

Use sendgrid if you dont like Amazon SES but its more expensive amazon SES is very cheap.
