Cold emailing software ???

Hello,

Can you recommend an email automation software to broadcast my emails to my collected prospects for my Web Design Business?

The information I collect is stored in Google Sheets.

So the column is as follows:
-Business name
-Owner's first name
-Personal note (to praise their work)
-email address

I want to make an email template like this.

Hello [Owner's first name],

I saw your work for [Personal Note] from your business [Business Name] and I think it is amazing. But I noticed that you don't own yet a website. I think I can help you with that. You can check my portfolio at [mywebsite.com].

Let me know what you think.

Thanks.

*Sent to [email address]

What I want is a software that will get the data from google sheets and input it to this template for fast and automated cold emailing process for prospects.

Isn't pitching business owners for web design a 2009 thing? Every brain dead idiot has seen a Wix commercial on monday night football and could make one if they want it. It's 2020, if they don't have a website by now, they probably don't want one.

This. Using email to do something like this seems like time wasted to me, freelancing sites or referral system might work better than this. Plenty of lead generation courses that will teach you how to make sales with this instead of throwing money into some cold emailing bz

Maybe, maybe not.

I think not all business owners will waste their time to do their own website but rather will pay for it.

Another factor may be that they CAN do their own website, but not as good as web designers.

And also, I think not all business owners know the importance of having a website. This is where I come in. I want them to know that having a website is not an expense but rather an investment for their business to help it grow.

Everything said so far is correct, but if you ever decide to do cold emails, try Mailgun and Mailtrain installed on your own domain (to have DKIM and thus increase the deliverability of your emails). This setup is cheap, reliable, and very flexible, you can have multiple email templates, custom text fields to personalize you emails, etc.

Then they would have found a reputable agency locally. People don't trust people on the other side of the world, especially your local plumber in Wichita Falls, TX. This is an uphill battle.

At the end of the day, it's up to you. Obviously you like making money the hard way and I like it the easy way - we're different.

I'm assuming you have a website yourself, check out mailgun. They allow for 10k emails, you can add templates, and then use open source software like https://github.com/Pytlicek/MailgunMailer to send out your emails. It's espeially great because 1. your clients will receive your emails from your domain 2. mailgun takes care of the certificate signing crap so you hit the inbox and not the spambox of your clients.

Woah. I searched mailgun just now, correct me if I'm wrong, they offer the trial plan for 0$/month and can send 10k emails?
