Cold-calling

Hi, my name is Daniel and I'm in the process of learning social media management and SEO. I'm not very skilled socially so it can be hard for me to connect with clients. I'm looking for someone who can cold-call companies and get a commission every time a deal is closed. A problem with paying someone to call regardless of whether or not they close deals is that they may not be good quality, so I prefer this instead. Please tell me if you're interested. Thank you.
