Use all if possible but id use Direct Mail as my main means of pitching my services!
In my opinion e-mail or face to face is the way to go. I hate when people call and say "I can do this, that and the other thing for you." or "Buy my product" etc...
If you are going to get any conversions at all with the above methods, it would be through email. Direct mail is just a waste of your money "most of the time".
I would suggest to add more to your solicitation like, "We offer hosting, SEO, the works" as well as a totally new look we can bring to your website, or whatever.
Cold calling sucks? Emails get deleted? This is what I'd do.......
Send them informational emails first. Track opens, send more educational material and then follow up with those that open your emails. just call them and ask them if they have questions or if they would like a more in-depth analysis/quote whatever.
Those who didn't open you can begin your conversation with a "Did you get a chance to look over the info I sent you?"
Hope that helps.
You need to use 4 of them. Then meet in person & set the price right if you don't want work for pennies.
Use all of them. Develop a schedule of maintaining your emailer and your cold calling. You'll get results, ESPECIALLY from cold calling.
I'm not doing design but trying to get hotel owners to our website.
What i do is first a mail which is looking similar like from the office of the city.
After that i start a targeted flyer campain.Email campaign and at the end a call. This way they always know what my girls are talking about and it makes it way easier.
Remember to take out the info of your new customers from your db before starting the next campaign
Sounds like a great idea, have you had any success with it?
