Whats the best method of reaching out to Website Redesign?

I have approximately 100 prospects to reach out too and I just wanted to ask, which method has had the best response for the other members of BHW?

In my opinion e-mail or face to face is the way to go. I hate when people call and say "I can do this, that and the other thing for you." or "Buy my product" etc...

If you are going to get any conversions at all with the above methods, it would be through email. Direct mail is just a waste of your money "most of the time".

I would suggest to add more to your solicitation like, "We offer hosting, SEO, the works" as well as a totally new look we can bring to your website, or whatever.

Thanks man, I've actually started doing that a bit ago. I now offer Web Design, Graphic Design, and SEO.

You have to use all of them.

If you can, meet in person.

Cold calling would be the best method I feel. Emails get deleted, and mail does not do well often ending in the trash. Cold calling you most likely have the best success.

Cold calling sucks? Emails get deleted? This is what I'd do.......

Send them informational emails first. Track opens, send more educational material and then follow up with those that open your emails. just call them and ask them if they have questions or if they would like a more in-depth analysis/quote whatever.

Those who didn't open you can begin your conversation with a "Did you get a chance to look over the info I sent you?"

    Hope that helps.

I think you sould start with Email, and if some prospects are interested in your services then you can call them and discuss the details

You need to use 4 of them. Then meet in person & set the price right if you don't want work for pennies.

Use all of them. Develop a schedule of maintaining your emailer and your cold calling. You'll get results, ESPECIALLY from cold calling.

Yea, I've had some success with cold calling so far. I'll try to develop some good email/direct-mail campaigns, hopefully it'll all work well.

Yes I have. I do offline marketing for a living and that's one of the lead gen methods I personally use.

All can be tough. Emails are the best bet if you do not like to call anyone. I know that I much prefer to do email as it works the best for me. Yes Emails can be deleted but make sure that you have an interesting subject line and make your information interesting and people will want to read it.
