Cold calling affiliate plan ? Is it good?

I'm planning to call targeted clients in order to offer them VPN services. This call would be cold calling strategy.Is this good idea? Thanks.

it depends on how good you are at bullshit, if you can convince women to sleep with you the first time you meet then you are a good sales person
if you gonna try to sell the VPN by listing all the benefits... nobody gonna care and they will just hang up

you have to convince them that they need you, and not just any VPN, but your VPN

it also depends on who you call, are you gonna waste time convincing somebody just to find out he is an intern and has to convince boss?.... never gonna happen
industry also is very important, try and call anybody in the tech sector and they gonna lol and hang up

Which Tier country/countries are you planning on targeting? If for example taking North America (USA and Canada) cold calling will likely be perceived as spamming and might perform poorly.
