After encountering repeated issues where SMS messages failed to be delivered across multiple phone numbers (despite testing approximately 30 different numbers), a refund was requested. However, the company declined to issue a refund despite the service not functioning as expected. They force you to deposit money onto their website when you buy, then when you do and use the credits for a number, sorry NUMBERS. then you dont receive the sms and ask for refund. they wont help you.
