CMSes accepting anchor lins in public profiles?

Hi guys,

do you know any CMS portals/scripts that are globally used and accept html/bbcode to display anchor links in profiles visible by Google bots (public profiles)?

I know only about DNN portals, but do you know any other?

Hi guys - I've tried K2 on Joomla, but about 80-90% of installations are now fixed or protected.

Can you please advise me what other CMSes to look for in order to post some links or better - full texts with anchor links?
