Cloudflare when to host and why?

When is it recommendable to host the site on Cloudflare? I have a new site which is getting traffic around 20-25 visitors per month, not from my home country. I have checked Cloudflare and found that the platform is for developers. What features do you find useful and that attracts you to continue using Cloudflare? I would like to know the USP of that platform according to your takeaways.

For WH usage, it's mostly used as a CDN & protection,
Good choice for websites with international traffic, the ones with frequent attacks or/and if you're having poor server/hosting,
I wouldn't use it for coutry/region specific websites (not a must) & with PBNs whenever i want google to pick the host IP instead

Okay, so for a new website using Cloudflare is fine, and for PBNs do you host all your domains in your PBN or just the main domain?
