I can see where there might be limitations due to old Android/browser combos, but the little bit I've tested works as expected to bypass the multiple-account restriction on some sites. I'm no power user, but it works well for my limited needs.

Yes, we charge for cloud phones based on how long you use them. We count the time in minutes for each phone. Our billing system is flexible:

We charge for every minute you use
You don't pay anything when you're not using the phone
There's a daily cap on charges to help control your costs

Each cloud phone has its own unique device information, just like a real phone.
