What? You must be one of the teenagers at BHW because that didn't make any sense to me at all. Are your two 'selves' fighting for control of your parents keyboard? What are you talking about?
Your assumption is probably wrong and stupid.I can't believe the spread is now 13% between the two opinions. Apparently, a few dollars a month is more than some people think about this site. I would like to see the percentages broken down more. Newbies vs Jr vs Exec. My assumption is the percentage of newbies vs jr and exec is really lopsided.
Maybe you should stop justthinking and start justdoing. I don't believe thinking is your niche.
Haha, good one ape, just as I started counting the members. Yes actually the most senior members voted for bhw to stay open.Your assumption is probably wrong and stupid.
You CAN see the breakdown here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/forum-suggestions-feedback/poll-182-a.html
Rough estimate before the colors make my eyes bleed:
YES, close
1 mod
5 Exec
60ish Jr.
NO, stay free
2 Admin
1 Mod
11 Exec
50 Jr.
Maybe you should stop justthinking and start justdoing. I don't believe thinking is your niche.

Most of the problems, gripes, hatred, etc... of some people here in BHW
especially those with many post in their belts is that the new comers or
noobs don't contribute, ask stupid questions, etc... as if they were not
noobs once in their lives. The noobs are well, noobs. What do you
expect? If you want the noobs to contribute, they should be given
access to stuff in BHW and learn so that someday they will contribute.
I want this place closed to private.
Last thing we need is affiliate managers peaking their fucking eyes in here. Fucking bastards.
If any AM is reading this post, FUCK YOU.

I've seen some very informative and helpful posts come from 1-post newbs. Yes, the majority of the new people that come here are complete newbs or leeches. However, locking up the forum to keep them out is kind of like throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
Besides, BHW already has a paid-only section -- BlackHatUniversity.com
I propose we just increase the Jr. VIP membership requirements and move a few subforums there. Along with disabling the search engines from indexing certain forum sections, that should keep the ideas and methods being shared here alive and kicking much longer. It's a delicate balance for sure, but in the end it will all be worth it.
