I agree with this.
The only legit Ai writer I've ever used was Jasper / Jarvis(former). I don't trust lifetime deals.
When dealing with AI your expenses are insane, considering. You can't afford to throw lifetime deals the moment you start having a bigger server.

There are many well funded companies now in AI and even some are private funded. So world is evolving, things can sustain as per their business model.

The world may be evolving but the costs for maintaining AI Servers won't decrease. The moment you decide to sell your AI resources for a life that means either you're mega-super-extra rich and have nothing better to do but give freebies or you just want to lose $$ in the long run.
These lifetime deals just confirm the use of really cheap servers that will eventually shut down.
Anyway, I'm not saying people shouldn't go for it but rather pay attention

Lifetime deals are limited sales and that's most of the companies sustain on their MRR model. Which they have strong enough who are investing in AI.
Also, AI is not that costly depending on which model you choose. If you choose Da Vinchi then its costly and no AI tool is using it yet as long as I know.

Lifetime means till the company exists. When they run out of funds and no one's buying their plans anymore because there's another company with a new lifetime offer in the market, your lifetime plan will cease to exist along with this company.

I got it. Totally recommend it, its amazing for long form. There are 'frameworks' which make writing 5000+ word articles a breeze.

Nobody can answer this for you, my advice to you is to test it before you commit to long-term to something.
Personally, I took advantage of their 2 years anniversary lifetime deal and unlimited words/character they ran for the whole month of may.
Thus far, I am loving it!
In my opinion, it was a great deal as CCs offered all the tools I was looking for in an AI writing assistant. Until that point, I had recently bought a WordHero lifetime deal from Appsumo but I requested a refund to purchase CCs and don´t have any regrets.
Although I haven´t used Jasper extensively, this is the common opinion among all writers.
But, quality often comes with a high price tag, especially, if it comes in a form of a monthly subscription.
Of course, if you have the budget to invest in an AI writing assistant then Jasper should be your top choice and it´s not even close!
For me, CCs were the best and most cost-effective solution on the market at that time and I am very pleased with my decision.

They don´t rely on GPT3 as they use their own AI technology.

But, you can open CCs in different tabs and work on other projects while it generates the copy.
But, normally, it takes around 15-20 seconds depending on the complexity of the framework.

I bought the lifetime deal too after seeing you recommend it to some other member here. At first I was thrilled to have unlimited credits so the quality of output didn't bother me much. But as I started testing it more the appeal of unlimited wore off. 7 out of 10 times the output wasn't usable, I had to do a lot of hit and trial. After being disappointed every single time I asked for a refund and now I find that you took a refund too, I can't help but laugh. WordHero needs to work on their product, A LOT.

Yeah, I didn´t use it much but sometimes, when I was using it to generate answers for Quora I did notice a pattern in the responses. I mostly targeted SEO-related questions and I did saw how it generated the same answer. Especially the beginning of those answers.
But yeah, I wanted an AI writing assistant that offered more SEO-related tools and WordHero was not the best choice for this but I took the deal because it was the most affordable at the time.
In fact, before CC's lifetime deal appeared, I was going to buy a second tool from Appsumo that have the feature that complemented WordHero the best but, CCs launched their LTD deal, and never got the chance to purchase it.
I am still considering tho but, but we´ll see.

I had a similar experience with copy,ai and Jasper/Jarvis. The quality of output is just not great. I know it's not supposed to be a total solution to content, but they output seems t ohave gone downhill.
I built a custom tool for generating blog posts using OpenAI (Davinci) with my own prompt. All I did was clone the OpenAi started app from Github, make some edits to the prompt, the index.js file, and that's it. I made a tutorial on how to do this but I'm still editing the video. I'll post it on BHW when it's done. Btw, I'm not a coder at all, I just copy/pasted and used vscode to deploy the app locally. Then I paid a dude from Upwork $80 to deploy it to a domain.
Another cool tool is Riku,ai. You build your own prompts and use your own API keys for the different AI models out there. It support OpenAi, Cohere, Ai21, and GPT-J is free unlimited use. If you learn how to build prompts you make the AI basically output good quality stuff.
