Close paypal account

i have a problem , i open a personnel paypal account in 2015 , and i was under 18 years old ... with real Full name and adress , and fake date of birth ,... and i work with this paypal with no problem , i have transactions with under 200$ , and now i'm 20 years old and yesterday i sent 500$ to my friend , then paypal notify me to confirm my identity to reach my account balance limit. and when i want to confirm i descover i create paypal with fake date of birth , and when i was a teenager (under 18) i didn't know that it's illegal sign up paypal account if you are under 18 ... so, now i know what i will do ? please help me ?

I think paypal has limited your transactions(http://prntscr.com/qc7ask). What proof you submitted? Like pan-card or something else.

i think my account limited in 500$ in sending
