i tried it but it doesnt really work does it? Did it work for you? Did you get a full working website out of it so you can host it on your own website?

It has always worked for me, but it will clone the UI of the website, not backend functionalities. I don't think something like that exists, otherwise codecanyon would be out of business.
You can replicate the backend getting a dev on fiverr or with chatgpt.
As @Orozuz said, HTTrack will make a full copy of the front-end but not the back-end.
Or, you can copy the CSS by using Chrome plugin like CSSSteal & CSSViewer
