It is easy to make your own cloaked. You just need to make your index.html page filter by a few different parameters depending on traffic source. Like for FB, you would ask if it has s clickID and then all the normal filters like device type, IP address, OS, browser... those types of things.

I have even just swapped my index files once clicks start flowing on FB and it works literally as well as a cloaked almost its actually kind of insane how well it does.

Correct, these are URL shortners like tiny url. for cloaking use some google cloaker like JCI, trafficshield, FF, TA, etc.
