I would suggest slow it down or redirect users to a safe page and then give them the option to visit the right page with a lead-gen form or something of that sort.
IG has gotten really strict with the adult niche and if you keep doing it, you might get blocked or even suspended.

Hmm that would be even worse, cause I lead traffic from dating app to instagram, and thought to redirect to cpa, but its complicated, I know i can lead to snapchat, but its lower CR

Lol yea using a shortened link is not cloaking you need to cloak not the link but the visitors... by ip, device, clickid, OS and that sort of thing.

You literally divide the traffic based on very basic factors. IP, device, ClickID, etc.
cloackit, BHOLESPACE, hide. click, keitaro, noipfraud, traffic armor, fairlab, fraudfilter. io, etc adjust to your budget

I'll tell you how bh gets exposed bc you can NEVER hide your traffic 100% it is IMPOSSIBLE. You block no clickIds, you block the blacklisted IPs of traffic source reviewers, you block bot traffic devices, you could even block all but mobile and guess what? Someone somewhere can still report you and load the comments up with "SCAM!!!" Not to mention the traffic source reviewers are smart they are always changing review strategy.
Also you joined 3 days ago pal, I've been here almost a decade who's more experienced? if you knew what you were doing you wouldn't be selling budget clockers you would be running traffic and yet here you are
