Cloaked URLs don't work in Incognito?

Hey guys,
I have been using Pretty Links and Better Links Pro for a while now. I just noticed when I cloak an affiliate link and try to access it in incognito mode of my Chrome browser, the link doesn't open. This is the error from Prettylink https://prnt.sc/Zgf3R97iLhAI

So I thought I would ask, is this a general problem for all cloakers?
What is your personal experience trying to access a cloaked URL via incognito?

Note: accessing my cloaked URLs from all browsers without using Incognito works pretty well.

The "Something went wrong" that you see on that page is exactly the screenshot of this cloaking issue.

For some reasons I have no idea. The cloaked links are now working properly on incognito mode as they should. No more errors.
