+1 on using JustCloakIt.
NoIP and Fraudbuster are good options too, but at the end of the day the thing that's going to matter far more than the cloaking software you use will be your actual landers and campaigns.
And when running tech you're also going to need to consider the legal liabilities. Don't forget to take measures there.

Cloak manually, Watch out for corporate IP's, I usually cloak all my tech landers using manual script,
