Top notch lawyers would never become adjunct or tenured professors; teaching law to aspiring attorneys and judges.

In terms of the income, go do your homework; businesses will pay crazy money to SEO Pros to get ranked.

You can promote your services at Q&A platforms where people are already asking for advice.
You can also search for people/companies that are interested in your services and contact them via e-mail or social accounts, might be easier than cold calling and sometimes more effective because people have time to think and make decision
