I think you should reveal the company name. You might get better answers/help because the same company might have scammed other forum members too.
don't you have consumer courts ?Hey Everyone,
So I did some work for this very well known company 6-7 months ago, and they still haven't paid me.
There was never a disagreement, and they were very pleased with the work that I did. I'm positive we left on good terms.
They said they would sent a check, but they never did.
In the past 6 months, I've asked and contacted them 7 freaking times, but they don't respond to my calls, emails or anything.
Absolutely nothing.... not even an email.
I'm super pissed off.... Any advice? What can I do?
It's only for $300..... BUT STILL!.... It's my freaking money.
Collection agency worth it?
Hope you guys can help?

Trashing a company via social media, posting bad reviews ect can have a negative affect on your own business.
As many companies now do a social search on prospective business partners before an agreement is made it could
reflect badly on your business acumen and lose you that all exclusive deal.
Once you have exhausted all legal avenues then by all means go ahead but are you going to risk the possibility of
greater rewards for the sake of $300?
It take a big man to bite the bullet in business but a real businessman would weigh up risk over reward.
How much time are you going to spend chasing that $300? And how much could you of made in that time?
Big companies know this and will drag it out through litigation knowing full well you will have to fold at some time.
So before you go trashing them online make sure you have all your ducks in order because if they counterclaim
for liable you are stuffed.
