I am doing it only for 1 week.So far they have not blocked me.What I see is that I get some clicks on my article,which means that if I answer on many questions maybe it's a good way to generate some traffic
Yes, it works. just need to make many posts as you can. I remember that I did the same with Yahoo answers 3 years ago

reddit gives more specefic traffic then google being honest .

yahoo works still but account needs to be leval 3

And if i want to make a level 3 account i have only to answering questions? Also if i share my affiliate links directly they will ban me?

Keep doing it on a larger scale (more products, means more keywords, means more chances to get clicks/purchases).
