Clickbank product typo?

Hello,

I am curious to start Clickbank product promotion and I got a great product that I believe will be converted for good $$

However, I was wondering if I can buy typo domain and promote the product?

Consider the product is "medical pill" which is some brand product; if I buy "madical pill" website and put the product on my website then it won't be a problem right?

And the typo has got 80,500 searches for the month of october acc to Adwords.. I know Adwords external tool isn't REALLY reliable but this definitely shows the product potential
