ClickBank payments delay??

    hi,

    I usually receive the ClickBank payments to Payoneer between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but didn't receive it yet. Anyone facing this delay today??
    Should I contact support ?

    i didn't receive it too, but i think it's a normal delay.

    Edit: I receive it now, so as i said it's a normal delay ;)

    Same for me. Been 3 days now, and the support & contact section on their website seems to be broken.

    edit (Payoneer's site not CB). I've managed to get a support ticket to them by being logged out, and the automated email response just told me to check under Global Payments - have and nothing has changed.

    Payoneer's customer support is a joke. I've just waited 10mins in a queue for live chat, got to #1 and boom - straight back to #22 with an 8 mins wait.
    Their emails are just auto replies telling to reply from the email address they have (which is the one I'm replying from) only to receive the same automated email reply back.

    Where is the announcement on CB? When I contacted them they said Direct Deposit had failed and to check bank details (not changed since account was set up) and payment was fine last week. I'm getting quite frustrated with Payoneer at this stage. Is Nissim still an active user on BHW? He was always quick to respond to PMs here.

    I highly doubt this is a Payoneer issue, some people not using payoneer have also not received their payments.

    Oh really? Ah ok... CB got back to me straight away and told me the DD failed and to check the Payoneer side of it. Either way it's quite frustrating as it's been fine up until this week!

    Hmmmm, okay I'm submitting a ticket as well, let's see what happens...For me it's also been fine always, haven't changed the payment information in years...Can you please keep us updated on what Payoneer says.

    So how come some people received a response saying their payment will be sent next Wednesday, other that their payment is not due and other that their payment has failed? This is just a mess. I'm still waiting to hear back from CB support, but according to their "knowledge base", if a direct deposit fails, payment method is reset to Check. This hasn't happened for me.

    I'm thinking that CB isn't yet aware of the payment issue and their outsourced support personnel just pastes pre-written responses with little attention, due to the high volume of support tickets.

    I used the support button in the top right (below menu) on every section. Type in something random in the first popup and then you'll see the contact us link.

    Yea, I received the same thing, except they claimed that my next deposit will be on the 31st, which is not next week and I have a PAID payment then too.

    I don't have money worries, I just like to keep on top of who is ripping me off (or attempting to)

    I'm not suggesting either party are - but some resolution to a financial matter should be available in a reliable form.

    Update: Received payment from CB this week, but it did not include last week unpaid invoice, so I guess not a problem with Payoneer. Hope you guys all got it sorted.

    Another ticket opened!
