Clickbank Paychecks SUSPENDED?

Gorka, here I recently checked my clickbank account and I noticed that one of my paychecks is suspended?

does anyone know what this means?

Is my account suspended? will I still be able to promote products?

I bet it has something to do with your refunds. you havent had many sales and the biggest one was refunded. Also don't you need 5 sales with 5 different credit cards to start getting paid?
