Announcement Transaction Issue Update
We want to let you know that we are fully aware of the duplicate transaction issue currently affecting you. Our engineering team has been working diligently for the past 24 hours and the good news is we're almost complete with the resolution. Here's what you need to know:
We want to let you know that we are fully aware of the duplicate transaction issue currently affecting you. Our engineering team has been working diligently for the past 24 hours and the good news is we're almost complete with the resolution. Here's what you need to know:
- All pixel transaction from approx. 5 PM PDT on 6/5 through approx. noon PDT on 6/8 were duplicated in the system. This did not affect batch transactions.
- We have currently reversed all transactions and are in the process of reprocessing the valid transactions.
- These transactions currently appear with a reason code, "Compliance"; this will be changed later today to be listed with the code reason, "Other".
- All batch transaction processing has been halted and queued while this issue is being resolved. Batch processing will resume no later than 6/10.
- All transactions and reason codes should be complete and correct later today. This message will be updated when the issue is fully resolved.

I still have had a few leads show up today sporatically, but its definitely not wha I expected to receive. So I guess the leads are trickling in? Its weird, my situation does seem to add up to what that general message says...

They said that the issue has been resolved but I dont see my stats yet. Anybody have the problem resolved for them yet?

Its more from the same, everytime there is a problem or a sistem maintenance at CJ my sales drop to zero or just to a small transaction. I made on average $150 and today they only reported one sale with a commission of $0,15...

If you have a good relationship with a merchant that you promote at CJ just ask im for a report from your sales and you will know what i was talking about.

My sales are lagging compared to normal, yes. Hope this doesn't last any longer. -_-
