Hi Folks,
I've been promoting a dating program via CJ for just over a month.
I promote other dating programs with other networks, all my traffic/leads are legit.
A short while into promoting this program I got an email from the advertiser stating that their tracking would be down for a period of time, and anyone who continued to send traffic would be paid at their current EPC, so I decided to keep sending traffic. Their tracking was down for a week or two I think.
Then CJ placed a hold on my account and asked why they weren't seeing my refering URL's, I explained that I route my traffic via a php script and I gave them the links to my landing pages. Next email from them said that hiding referer is against their terms of service and I have to show them, and that the advertiser is converting me to pay per sale as my leads aren't converting.
I think this is BS, my leads convert just fine elsewhere, and their tracking was down for almost half of the time period in question.
They're holding almost $1200 in commission, and thats not counting the period which wasn't tracked.
Can anyone advise on this ? Will they pay the commission outstanding and then convert to PPS, or will this be wiped ?
