CJ is an affiliate network. Not a self-serve platform where you can buy ads from.

Depends on the advertiser. Some advertisers will allow you to use ads. You can find this information on 'program terms'. Some will say that you are allowed to use search campaigns and will probably suggest bidding keyowrds to use. Some will say 'Protected SEM Bidding Keywords' - these are the keywords you cannot use.

As for direct linking, it depends on the advetiser. If you look under 'program terms' the advertiser will say if direct linking is allowed under 'Search Campaigns - Direct Linking'. If that information is not there then you should contact the affilaite manager.

Not sure about CJ but FB / Google will ban your ad account if you send your visitor directly to the offer. It would be safer to have a landing page as pointed out by many in past..
