I believe he is referring to craigslist, perkins is a rather predatory law firm that works with facebook and craigslist... do a search for "perkins" on BHW and you will find a couple of threads.

If you're that worried why not disable the website for awhile. Do you get a lot of traffic. Did you do something that would warrant them coming to your website.
