Churn & Burn

Are there any churn and burn methods working right now?

I used to have some of these kind of sites a few years back - does this still work in SEO? Am looking to get back into ranking a site for a week or so and then starting another as this used to work well for me.

Any tips as to which method to use if there are any?

C&B as it was known in 2010-2014 (virtually overnight rankings) is dead with indexers patched. You can still rank pretty quickly (~6 weeks) with SAPE and a good PBN though
