Hi everyone,

I’m a 32-year-old male, and for the past six years, I’ve been suffering from chronic pain in my left chest and back. The pain is constant, sometimes sharp, sometimes aching, and always in the same area. It feels like it's heart-related, but despite all the tests, nothing has been found.

I’ve seen 8 different cardiologists, done multiple ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests, but all results came back normal. No heart disease was detected.

Pain also increases in these cases: if I am too stressed, sleepy or if I exercise.

I’ve also tried several medications:

- Muskoflex Duo

- Arveles

- Ecopirin

- Beloc Zok

And a lot more...

None of them made any difference. The pain has remained the same with zero improvement.

I also visited orthopedic doctors and completed physiotherapy sessions, but again, there was no relief at all. The pain actually got worse after receiving two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, which makes me wonder if there's a connection. And pain is there for 24 hours.

At this point, I don’t know if it’s muscular, neurological, or something else entirely. It’s affecting my daily life and mental health. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any suggestions on what kind of specialist to see next (neurologist? rheumatologist? pain clinic?), I’d be really grateful.

If my pain is 4-5/10, I can function. If it is 7-8/10 in a day, it is killing me.

Thanks in advance for any input or support.

Covid posting is banned here mate, you know that right?

Typical... You go to a doctor and you end up feeling worse and with no diagnosis. Just like how I remember going to doctors (and I went to tons of them)! To be fair I had some procedures that actually helped and were necessary, but actually best things that helped were foot massage (so I can walk, there was a risk I'd end up on a wheelchair) and immunologist that got pissed at his colleagues for prescribing me too much drugs and put me in a kid hospital that his other colleague was working in and they got rid of most drugs except one inhaler (I got pissed and later stopped taking that myself).

Have you tried alternative medicine? Not saying you should stop seeking 'western' medical attention but perhaps there are some chinese or ayurvedic herbs that could help (of course consult with such specialist if available, these are real medicines too, not just 'harmless herbs', you can poison yourself).

Oh, also - I actually have a mild problem with my heart rhythm being uneven. Nothing major, I don't really experience sympthoms, but it's detectable on medical tests. I guess it's because I'm prematurely born and organs didn't had as much time to develop, so I have random problems like these. I actually learned to fix it temporarily for tests lol, with yoga. I'd do prayer mudra and stuck my hands between breasts / heart chakra and focus on my breathing. You can notice your heart rhythm vibrating through the bones and somehow based on how I breathe I'm able to regulate it in this position. So I do that before tests to not have problems lol. I'm unable to make it stay like this though, only for short period.

Worth still looking around for specialists, for me that immunologist was great, but he actually was working in Switzerland and came back to my country (Poland) so not your average doctor tbh.

Maybe it's witch craft? o_O

Possible an ex-girlfriend that wants you back or feels that you wronged her so bad that she doesn't want to ever see you happy. :suspicious:

Maybe it's your diet?

I can recommend a nice nursing home for you in Thailand, seems to be the way to go for the rest of your days here on earth.

Have you ever thought that it could be due to mental problems? I used to have chest and back hurt problem. Went for massage and all that stuff. Finally after few months I decided to visit doctor. After visit I've got a lot of informations about my mental things, got medicaments, never had this hurt again.

Rheumatologists and traumatologists are more relevant to your case than cardiologists or orthopedic doctors
