Chrome is Too Slow for me: Any Speedy Browser?

Thank you all for your suggestions. I see the problem, I use 2GB RAM. I'm going for 8GB RAM now.

If chrome is slow, then there must be something wrong with your PC. As i'm typing i have opened over 42 tabs and its smooth, my pc is over 4 years old now... Check your PC, install CCleaner, run malwarebytes etc..

That's overkill lol, but if OP has the money.. then why not?

IMHO, i5, 8gb ram and a normal 256gb SSD would work just fine. The laptop I use for personal coding/ browsing has this configuration. Never had a problem with it. By the way, the OS does matter. I use Win 10 Pro licensed, in case OP is interested to know.

Errm not sure. I have this model (but modified.. I have changed the HDD to SSD and changed a couple of other stuffs too):

Yeah.. I kw.. but for the average layman user, it is pretty much the same. If I start describing how browser engines work, people will shy away from my reply. Makes sense?

Not always true. Chrome and its extensions can drastically cause it to become quite slower than competing browsers. Open your "task manager" while Chrome is "running" and review the number of processes it runs simultaneously.
 
I use brave but sometimes they bloc to much even if you disable it,but still way better then all. Also brave buy me 18 ginger beers until now with bat.
 
Chrome is the fastest for me. Try mozilla?

I used to say that, but once i upgrade my PC to 8GB RAM, i work with Chrome& it's pretty satisfying, Firefox is like shit now even with these 8 GB RAM.

Now i'm using Brave most of the time & it's insanely fast & great.

Why is a web browser not suitable for scraping ? Why do you use all those languages above and not just C ?
For me Chrome + Node solves my problem.
