A few notes to what's already been written

I always check my domain's history using web archive. Make sure the domain has 100% clean history. It might've already belonged to a PBN, or used by and adult site, or a Chinese listing directory – you don't want that!

Backlinks are extremely important, as well as the anchor tag distribution. You can have backlinks from authority resources with irrelevant anchor tags – you don't want that!

Before chosen any domain check clean backlink history and good keyword of the domain, very important.
