Hi guys. What's the best way to find and choose a keyword? What should I look for?

You should use Google Keyword Planner.

Target the most searched keyword(s)
Make sure you check the competition. If you work on a high comp keyword where you don't have the ability to rank a website then you are wasting you time.
 
Go to YouTube, type a single letter into the search bar and take note of what pops up. Now you have keywords that people are searching like crazy.
 
Don't use google keyword planner unless you know what you are doing, Google keyword planner don't give you any info about competition at all. You need to learn how to manually analyse keyword competition if you don't use a tool. I suggest you to use long tail pro, click on my signature to have a look. I think KWFinder will help you to find keywords according to your keyword, targeting country and language. It also shows the keyword competition status. It has both free and paid option according to the requirement we need.
