Chicken egg problem with classifieds site

Hi guys

Currently i have developed new 3 niche classified sites in USA, UAE and DE.
The domains are premium one keyword and have a very high traffic.
The sites support multi languages of the country codes.

But if i have no ads, no new customers wanna create an account and publish a free ad.

So what should i do as next stept?
- create fake accounts and fake ads?
- Or write an E-Mail to potential company and ask if they could create a free account with ads?
- create Google ads?

My plan is to make the ads for free and later they can pay for better positions or banner advertisement.

What is the best strategy for the beginning?

Maybe just spin some stuff from marketplace or another site that isn't indexed in Google

Dynamic Google ads can also work.

This is usually what many platforms do, it's not limited to classified sites. Even forums do it. When you have a product that heavily relies on users creating content or listings, you have to fake some of it from the beginner while also outreaching to others to come join.

i will try now a mix and try this strategy:
- every day i create fake ads for Google indexing
- i will write to real companys and ask to work together and create free ads for this companys and they will give me real content.

This the way, just do it, everybody does it.
