Check out my linkwheel structure

I was thinking about Tier 4 last night, and If I could find youtube videos for the keywords I'm trying to rank, I could make tier 4 blog post with those videos and just brief summaries about them, then linking back to tier 3 kind of like a "for more info" type of deal. This might even work better for tier 3. Thoughts?
