cheapprivacy.ru - Contact/Support - Need Help

Hi guys!

Anyone here maybe have an Idea how to contact Support from cheapprivacy.ru?
It seems Support Tickets are never answer, and Telegram seems to be also inactive for a while.

Need help with a Payment/Top-Up of my account, it says I underpaid and I need to contact the seller...
I was hoping that maybe their support lure on this site sometimes :,)

Flokinet.is
Xuid.ru (never used them, can't review)

If you have a big problem, and if you can transfer why not?

You can check if they other social networking profiles. Perhaps through them you can contact them or at least discover additional options for contact such as phone # or related.

Thanks, I know those already, but I heard some stuff about Njal.la... so I don't want to use that again (used it in the past)
Flokinet.is doesnt have the domain ending I need/want.
Xuid.ru is I think just a reskin of cheapprivacy.ru since their support is also that dead/non-existing, and it kinda looks the same.
If I could transfer it somehow without support I would, but I think I need their support todo so...

I tried to find more but was unable to find "verified" contacts besides their telegram account which is dead.
I was hoping that maybe someone here has any kind of contact(or they see it themselves here).

Welp, I don't know if it helped to contact them on HF, but I got one response after a day, but now I wait for their reply for over 2 weeks.

This is really not great support :/

Does anyone have direct contact to them in some way?

If they replied you, and doesn't reply anymore.

Probably they have said everything in ticket. I mean.
Contacting directly them is hard, you should look for their partners in HF threads.

Move your domain, in last case.
