cheappanel.com-Service don't work anymore

In past week i have ordered 7 facebook pages but i didn't receive any likes. I open tickets, contacted on skype but no answer. Does this service really works anymore? If you have some information about this service please share it with me.

The cheappanel.com service is dead. The person that was promoting the site "crypticfate" has deleted their profile here on BHW.
