Cheappanel.Com Admin is not adding my funds @CrypticFaith. Dead?

I have added $23.9 to his panel automated payment via mycelium but amount didn't got added and he is not replying to my mail nor my support ticket not my skype message.

Can someone tell me whether I got scammed or not so that I can post in "The shit list" and make scam report?

The support on their panel is a piece of shit. I never get any reply on time.
 
True. I've ordered YT subscribers last month and they haven't been delivered yet. When I created a ticket they just replied "Don't worry sir everything will be fine" and that was the answer for everything I said.
 
search for cheaper panels with better customer service
