Hello again friends.

I have collected 60K + single opt in emails via my website form since 2020. The emails are in make money niche, never sent a single email to them. It is on mailchimp, but it asks to upgrade in order to send email, and this costs $550/month.

Is there any cheap providers or even free ways to send email to 60K people?

I run my own email servers. $5-10/mo for a server. Although I use them for cold outreach at the moment.

Make sure to verify and clean your list. MailChimp and other auto-responders are not for cold mailing. Even if you pay, you'll get banned very quickly.

Build your own SMTP servers if you have the knowledge or use Gmail/Outlook... automations

You can use tools like Clearout or NeverBounce. Just google "email verifier" tools The better ones will cost you a little bit . Sometimes its built within another tool like Lemlist

Can you provide a link to how to set it up. A guide or video tutorial would be good. Also any specific services you are using for that?

Since your email is on an opt-in list, the only cost-effective way to send them is by following these three steps:

Set up your own delivery server using PMTA or mailerQ.
Reverify your list to remove bounced emails.
Warm up your IP and domain for a few weeks if they have a low reputation with ISPs.

After warming up, send to your own list, increase your sending volume, and keep an eye on engagement and the data on the warm-up platform
Best of luck

Search for "my own email server postfix dovecot set up"

But it's not an easy task for a non-techical person.

There're prebuilt docker containers which are easier to set up. Some knowledge of linux is still required.
