Cheapest hosting

I only have 7$ on my pay pal account, my dad doesn't want to add more (im 14), saying that I would wasted in stupid stuff. Is there a way I could create a website for that amount of money. I know how to create one with cpannel. However I want to start earnign money if possible on the first 2 weeks this way I will still be able to pay for the website.

I tried other websites but they usually ask for payments for 6 months or more.

I'm using servikus currently. Their cheapest is $3.96 on the website. :)

With 7 in your account and nothing on the way I'd wait to buy a website later. Even the cheapest plans require monthly payments and even if you find hosting for $4 a month you'll be out of money by the next month.

Why can't you go with a free hosting service? Should be enough to get you started.

With free hosting i'm not able to use most features and also not generate money for my self.
 
Just get a free host for now....start a wordpress.com blog and go from there. When you start getting visits, move on to a paid solution.

You can tell your dat , that he have a free beer from me.

We will host your website (but you will need a domain if you dont have one).

Parents should support their kids especially when they are doing something for their good (learning purpose).

Just get $1 hosting. That will carry you for 6 months with $1 left over to do whatever you want with it. Plenty of $1 hosts out there - Google it. If you want to be a big baller when you get a couple more bucks, get the $24/year hosting (that's $2 per month) and you can host unlimited websites. You can choose data centers from all over the world.
