Cheapest hostible possible for Youtube channel.

I have a Youtube channel and want to create a website so I can verify my channel. Website will be a simple landing page html about my tow of mt channels or a simple blog so I can post stuff.

I'll attempt to talk my way into verifying my channel (with MCN and YT) and post any results here as a tutorial!!!
