Cheap PBN links are useless

I'm new to using backlinks, would you mind sharing a site or two where I can find qualified PBNs? Any help is welcome please :)

Time is up for these kind of links. If you have a very small budget for growing your website, better not start at all.
 
Why You use cheap PBN for your money sites. You can choose quality PBN links and Unique Content also.

You need to ask sellers questions and make your own judgement calls in all honesty.

Were the domains bought at auction, expired/dropped ?
What type of hosting are they using? How many sites do they have and how many hosting accounts.
