Cheap method to get past ebay/paypal holds?

I have a new ebay account and I am reselling seo services but the problem is I have to message any buyer who is interested and tell them to send me the payment outside of paypal and some people are uncomfortable with this and I don't get any feedback. So I would like some suggestions on what to do to get past the hold as quick as possible which I believe is 25 seller feedbacks.

EDIT: I just learned that you also need $250 in sales, and 3 months of successful selling. So now I would be interested in getting my hands on an account with no hold.

Quickest way is to upload tracking. Since you're selling digital items, you can just upload a fake tracking number to get your money much faster. I believe even a fake tracking number will allow you to get access to your funds in 1 week instead of 21 days, assuming there are no problems with the order. I don't know what country you're in, but if you're American you can physically ship something. Obviously it's not possible to ship a digital item, but you can get creative - a slip of paper/business card/or something related to your services. It will cost you $1.93, but you'll get your money 3 days after it's delivered (plus you'll have a real tracking number), which is the fastest way to get your funds.

But yes with a new account there isn't any way to completely remove the hold any faster until 90 days are up.

Then yes you would need an account with no holds if you don't have the funds to pay for things up front for 3 months. Hopefully someone can help you out with that.
