The other options are UBL and Localeze has a similar offering as well. I personally have not had good luck with either one (especially in terms of providing PROOF of submissions to my clients), so I started doing them all myself.
Now I offer this manual business listing submission service to other offline marketers looking for a reliable MANUAL submission solution. (Not gonna self advertise here, PM for information on the service)
I have discovered that many of these business directory sites seem to change their submission policies and guidelines every other week, and most of them require several steps in order to "finalize" a submitted business listing. Many require multiple verifications, email confirmations, etc....Most of them you have to login an additional time to go back and update with business hours, add photos, add additional information, etc...
And as mentioned, they are just VERY FICKLE, and thus easy to mess up by filling in a wrong piece of info, or wrongly formatted piece of info, etc. Which sucks because sometimes you can't update them for weeks until they are "live" in the first place. I've been dealing with them for awhile now, and they are just generally a PITA.....but a SOLID way to start off an online marketing campaign for clients.
